Dental hygienist was very good, thorough but gentle, and the dentist took the time to explain everything in detail, including in-house treatment proposals or referrals.

My visit was great and the checkup was thorough, only thing that would have been nice is the dentist could have told what they were going to do at every step like “now I’m going to remove plaque or now I’m starting polishing, etc.” I was a bit clueless as to what’s happening and I was moved around a bit from one seat to another, would have been nice to have it all done at one spot and would be good if the rooms had more privacy from other patients or sound proofing.

It was definitely a great experience for cleaning. The dentist was very explanative about the teeth and what affects it in future.

It was my first time at Winchester Dental and really liked my experience. All the staff were very friendly and professional. My exam was very thorough and the hygienist was very gentle. Doctor Paul also took his time to explain everything which was appreciated.

I’m really pleased with the service that I received at Winchester Dental. The dental hygienist, Kate, did an amazing job and was very thorough. Dr. Chin-You Samatha is very knowledgable and personable. She’s funny and she really seems like she cares about her patients and what she does. I did not feel rushed at all. Everyone took their time to explain things to me. I will definitely be coming back for future appointments.

Happy I chose to go to Winchester Dental. Everyone from front desk to the health professionals were very kind and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist (Kate) was super gentle during my cleaning and made sure to explain everything in detail. The dentist (Dr. Sam) was very caring and knowledgeable. She made sure to go over my examination in detail and thoroughly explained my x-rays.

Although my appointment started slightly later than scheduled I thoroughly enjoyed the service provided by the clinic. The attention to detail, diligence, communication and care was top-notch. The ambience and aesthetics of the clinic were also really good. I will visit again.
