To be environmentally responsible. To be mercury-free and latex-free in our approach to treatment. Fees Our fees are determined by the recommended fee schedule of the BC College of Dental Surgeons. An estimate of treatment cost will be provided. This is an estimate and final costs for services may vary due to unforeseen circumstances that may occur. Payment Our receptionists have responsibility for all financial arrangements for treatment rendered. It is customary that professional services are paid for at the time each service is performed. If other financial arrangements are necessary they must be made prior to the beginning of treatment. We do accept cash, personal cheques, Visa, MasterCard, and Interac (debit card). Interest will be charged on accounts over thirty days. Dental Insurance If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, be sure to provide our office with all of the most up to date information. Professional services are provided by an agreement between yourself and our office. Your dental insurance is a contract between yourself and your insurance company. Any fees not covered by your insurance plan are your responsibility. We accept assignment of benefits from most dental plans. For the few plans that we do not accept, we will complete all the necessary claim forms. Information Changes Please notify us of any changes to your address, telephone numbers, medical history, or dental insurance. Minors If the patient is a minor we ask that they be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the initial appointment or for consultations.
