Great appointment! really liked how they explained everything

I have just moved to Vancouver and needed to find a new dentist. I chose this clinic based on its reviews compared to others, and was happy with my first visit. The clinic is clean, staff are friendly, and cleaning was thorough.

Dr Alex was very clear in his explanations and suggestions regarding my problems and treatment. The staff was also very helpful organizing my next appointments and checking coverage with my insurance.

The overall experience was great but they borderline spammed me with appointment confirmations and reminders. 2 is more than enough- I don’t need a daily reminder

I’m glad I made the change. Everyone was friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and safe. Also, I had to take my toddler with me and they were very patient and accommodating.

The staff was fantastic, particularly the hygienist who provided comprehensive explanations and performed exceptionally well. Additionally, the counter attendant was very informative and friendly.

The appointment was on time. I liked how thoroughly they are examining patients and patiently explaining and answering questions.

Dr. Alek and his entire team are incredibly caring and knowledgeable, and I feel grateful to have found a place that genuinely prioritizes the well-being of their patients. They took the time to guide me through every step of the process, always checking in to see if I was okay and if I had any questions. Their compassion really made a difference!

Great dental clinic with friendly professional staff.

This was my first visit and I have to say, I’m quite impressed! My hygienist was really nice and thoroughly explained all the details of the process. He was curious and also gave me space to ask lots of questions. The technology they use in Alberni Family Dental was also impressive, I’ve never done a 3D scan before but it was so cool to be able to see your entire teeth in 3D. I’m so happy with my visit and will continue to do my appointments here.
