The Richmond Dental Centre

It was my first time at the Richmond Dental Center, and despite my dental anxiety, everything went smoothly! The staff was so friendly and reassuring, making the experience much easier than I expected.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere!

I arrived a few minutes early, they were a few minutes late for the cleaning. Was charged a bit more than expected since they started late and charged me an extra half unit for cleaning. I had a bad experience with this in the past with other dentistry practices but this one wasn't egregious so I didn't say anything when paying. Otherwise it was a good experience. Young doctor was friendly and thorough during my visit. Will have to come back for treatment to evaluate her handson skillsets.

Great staff and service

I have pretty bad dental anxiety but saw the reviews on the clinic and decided to give it a go. The woman who did my initial dental exam was amazing. She made me so comfortable and I feel horrible for forgetting her name as she was the highlight of my experience. She talked me through the exam and kept me at ease. Next, I met Dr.John and he was thorough and wanted to make sure I understood my current oral health and the steps to take to improve it further. Zara did my cleaning and I definitely gave her a hard time but she was so calm and understanding. I wish I didn’t wait longer to come in.
