I had a great experience here, they did a comprehensive exam and had the latest equipment, I felt like I was in good hands and they knew what they were talking about. I'll be going back.

It was my first time at the Richmond Dental Center, and despite my dental anxiety, everything went smoothly! The staff was so friendly and reassuring, making the experience much easier than I expected.

Overall great staff and convenient location

I arrived a few minutes early, they were a few minutes late for the cleaning. Was charged a bit more than expected since they started late and charged me an extra half unit for cleaning. I had a bad experience with this in the past with other dentistry practices but this one wasn't egregious so I didn't say anything when paying. Otherwise it was a good experience. Young doctor was friendly and thorough during my visit. Will have to come back for treatment to evaluate her handson skillsets.
