Dr. Igor was very knowledgeable and efficient. The clinic is modern and clean. Unfortunately I did not like the hygienist that did my cleaning, as she was slow and did not seem very good. However, I would still go back to the clinic again to give it another try as the dentist was very good.

Overall a very negative experience as a new patient: 1. Appointment started 20 minutes late, even though I was the first appointment of the day. 2. I was asked all of the new patient questions again, even though I filled out the forms in advance. 3. Equipment either did not work (scaling machine), or was very slow to boot up/initialize (full mouth scanner and x-rays). 4. The hygienist to use an older scaling machine, which repeatedly got water all over my face/neck/shirt. 5. Due to all the problems with equipment, there was not enough time to complete scaling and polishing for my whole mouth. I have to go back again for a second appointment. 6. I was over charged for services (3.5 units of scaling for less than 2 units of actual scaling).

It was a good experience but was charged for treatments that were not performed.

The clinic was modern, clean and seemed like it had all the latest tech. The apt was on time. The hygienist and dental assistant were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. During the cleaning and imaging, everything was explained to me before it happened. Overall, this was one of the best experience I've had with going for a dental cleaning/check up.

Treatment, ambiance, atmosphere everything was great but just felt the treatment was bit expensive, otherwise I highly recommend this place

Dr. Sovrle took the time to explain my treatment plan, considering my specific dental needs, timing, and insurance coverage. The clinic has a modern, minimal design and a calming ambiance that adds to the overall experience.

Great dr, had an amazing experience with Dr Igor.

Small clinic but the staff was really nice! I was able to get an appointment on Saturday which worked for my schedule and they offer direct billing. I got a fully Exam and a cleaning done! The clinic is also within walking distance from me which is a bonus.
