On separate occasions, I have been a patient to both Dr Son and Dr. Whitaker. They both are amazing doctors, will explain each procedure in detail before doing it. Also Amanda and other staff are great, they make the whole appointment so easy. Felicia at front desk helps to make it paper-free (invoice right in your email!)

Dr.Pil Son is responsible. I had a good experience with him. The front office is nice and overall I had a great visit.

I've come to Dr. Pil Son multiple times now, to get wisdom teeth pulled as well as cleaning check-ups. He's fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic modern office with great staff.

Fantastic experience at Simcoe Dental Group. Dr. Son is very thorough and patient. He took the time to explain all of the xrays and photos taken. Amanda and Jen were great and everyone made me feel very comfortable after not visiting a dentist for several years. Highly recommend and will return.

Amazing dental practice! I went in for a checkup as a new patient (cleaning, X-Rays, photos, etc.). I had a very thorough and pleasant cleaning from the cool hygienist, Jenn. Dr Son was quite warming and informative, and the rest of the staff was awesome as well.

Dr. Son and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Office and equipment are modern and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyome looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Pil Son was able to explain to me the health of my teeth and provide me with tips on how to improve my teeth health.

Whole experience was great

The session began on time. Cleaning was impressively painless especially considering it was long overdue. Dr Son provided all necessary information clearly and was very open to questions. The overall impression was friendly and professional. My only negative comment concerns Opencare which provided me with information regarding appointment availability which was simply false.

Great dentist. Takes time to explain what’s going on and doesn’t rush you too much. I learnt more about teeth in an hour than I had in my whole lifetime. Great experience. Great work.

Gave a full breakdown of any issues and how to address them. Very knowledgeable dentist and staff, who go through a full process with you on how to better look after your teeth.

My experience with Dr. Pil Son was (on two occasions) excellent. He took the time to build a rapport and make me feel at ease, answer all of my questions, and ensure that I was feeling confident and informed. I would recommend Dr. Pil to anyone, but especially to those with anxiety about dental care; I was made to feel very at ease and comfortable. The clinic itself is modern, clean and inviting. I especially loved being shown photos of each of my teeth. This really helped me to understand what was happening.

Friendly staff

The entire experience at Dr. Pil Son's clinic was very pleasant. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The facilities were clean and included high-end technology, which made for an very enjoyable appointment.

Dr. Son is one of the best dentists I've ever been to! He's friendly and treats his patients and staff well. He has great chairside manner and is very good at explaining what's going on with your oral health. I also appreciate conscientious billing. No complaints, I like him and his team so much my husband is going to see him this month!

They put the news channel on the tv. That is literally the only downside.

Everyone at this clinic is so cheerful and helpful. Amazing atmosphere. You know you're in great hands from the moment you step inside.

Dr. Son has 2 clinics. One at Bay/Wellington and another clinic at Front/Simcoe. This clinic is the one at Front/Simcoe on the lower level.

Dr. Son was fantastic and the entire staff was awesome. I'm so glad I found his practice through Opencare. Dr. Son was super knowledgeable, kind, and professional yet not condescending. He went through with me the details of both the pictures of my teeth and of the x-rays. He made sound recommendations and did not try to push unnecessary (scary) work. The office had great all-new modern equipment. Their hygienist (Stephanie) was super awesome as well. She was thorough, gentle, her cues/timing for cleaning and breaks were perfect, and very responsive to my cues. I think I found my (possibly forever) dentist and have already recommended him to my friends and family.

Very clean and professional environment. They do close early (1 p.m.) on Friday so keep this in mind when booking your first time check up as it can last 1-2 hours.

A quiet and clean clinic that was suitably located near Union Station. I booked an appointment with them for a full checkup with x rays and cleaning. I have not been to the dentist for about 3 years and my appointment took longer than usual because of this. However, the staff were all very friendly and patient with me. Dr. Pil Son was knowledgeable about what he does. He took the time to go over every tooth and explained to me what is happening with them. It was a nice and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Son and his staff if you work or live nearby.
