Dental hygienist was very nice, competent and helpful. Doctor as well. No delays, I had my appointment done on time. Strongly recommend this dental clinic!

They billed our insurance company directly, that alone is 5 stars. Nice office, and some really great staff just confirms the rating.

Went in for tooth cleaning and it was amazing. Very throughout check and cleaning and they gave good advise on how to maintain good dental habits. Can’t wait to have the next check !

The hygienist was very gentle even with my sensitive teeth

It wasn't Rand it was another dentist. A older European guy. He said my tooth chipped because I bite my nails when that wasn't the case. But yeah I just was entirely unsure of the experience because it's my first time going to the dentist in a while

After not going to the dentist for WAAAY too long, the team at Papefinch dental office made me feel very comfortable and I had a great appointment, and left with my teeth looking and feeling amazing.

First appointment with x-rays required. Last appointment of the day, so I expected to be a few minutes behind but was nearly 30 minutes. Hygienist was great and informative. Overall, it seems like a good operation.

The staff at the office were really friendly and comforting. They also offered some advice to maintain the work that was done.

Friendly and nice customer service and on time

My hygienist, Farrah, was lovely. Very friendly and explained all the procedures; she is normally from the other location, but was filling in today. Dr Rose came in and finished looking over the exam to finalize results. The staff were friendly and the office was clean. A tv was in each room also.

Tbh I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Rand was great. Patient, knowledgable, and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Love the place and the professionalism

Pros: The dentist/hygienist are very friendly and care about your overall oral health. They are very tentative to your concerns during check up and give you recommendations. Cons: Be knowledgeable of your insurance coverage as the hygienist and the admin does not talk prior to extra work performed. You may not be covered and will end up paying the bill yourself.

Pros: Hygeinist and doctor both lovely, efficient, friendly. Practice clean. Going back for more appointments. Cons: The outside of the office (entrance and stairway in particular) is a little hard to find and doesn't scream 'healthcare' but once you're on the right level and inside it's lovely.

Really nice dental team & very accommodating to people who haven’t been to the dentist as an adult. They explained everything they were doing throughout the visit and helped solve some teeth mysteries I’ve had for 10 years and will be helping fix it in the future.
