During my dental visit, both the staff and the dentist were gentle, professional, and thorough in their explanations. I appreciated their friendly approach and the attention to detail. Instructions to park seemed very confusing but they did their best to film a video with directions. Tried my best to follow but still could not find designated spots and arrived 15 min late because I had to park in a random spot and leave garage far away from entrance In my 1st room, no one offered to turn on the tv or play music so I could hear 2 receptionists gossiping the whole time. In the 2nd room i was moved to, there were dirty tools and leftover fluoride from previous patient which was very off putting.

Dr.Kamal is very patient and takes the time to make sure your appointment is comfortable and pain free. The office is very clean and staff are friendly and professional.

I had a great experience at One Marine Dental Clinic. Dr. Sahar Pazhouhan was professional and made my treatment very comfortable. The receptionist Anyela was super helpful as well. They took care of everything, explained the process clearly, and even helped me with my insurance coverage. I highly recommend them for their excellent service!

I recently visited One Marine Dentist for a teeth cleaning, and it was my first-ever trip to a dentist. I was a bit nervous at first, but the entire experience was fantastic! The staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. I went there for full cleaning and they only didn’t one side. For the other side they told me to take another appointment which was not informed to me before and they will charge me for the same.

In reality, there was nothing wrong with my appointment or care. In saying that, it was my first visit and they had a hygienist who was on a 'working interview' assigned to me. She did a great job, no issues there, but from an optics perspective it felt weird as a new client.
