Nice and clean location. Plenty of parking. Has appropriate health protocols in place. Dr. Li's a nice guy - seems like a solo practice - you meet and interact with Dr Li regarding your dental health. Hygienists were all very nice people. All procedures are explained, billing is straightforward. No unnecessary procedures pushed.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. I am very nervous at the dentist and they have created a very calming environment. It is only Dr. Li in the office so it is not a high traffic office which is nice. Very well located and lots of free parking. Very happy with the service and will continue as a patient.

Christopher Li was knowledgeable and patient. He answered my questions and told me in detail what my options were. I wanted to see if I could bring my family members here, and I was happy with my visit, so I will end up taking them here.

I've been looking around for a new dentist for some time now and wasn't able to look for one due to my busy schedule. I'm glad to see services like Opencare offer such services where they easily pair you up with dentist around your area with likeminded people also share their experiences (i.e. reviews). This definitely helped me narrow down my search for a dentist and I'm glad I was able to get paired up with Li Family Dental that gave me a terrific first experience thus far. Dr. Li was very friendly and knowledgable. I didn't feel rushed at all during my appointment. The hygienist, Agatha, was fantastic. She explained and great detail everything you needed to know about my teeth and explained in details the procedures and process to be done to my teeth. The staff were all friendly and the place was very clean and modern. Really looking forward to having them as my new dentist.

Dr. Li and the team at Li Family Dental are a delight. My first visit consisted of a full oral exam and I was very pleased with the level of detail and time spent on explaining each facet of my oral health. The office is very modern and bright and the waiting room/reception area is quite inviting.

Good service and nice people. However feels like the service it's a bit rushed

I get extremely nervous whenever I go to the dentist but my whole experience has been pleasant! Ialso have bad gag reflex but that does not seem to happen during my visits. I guess it is due to the fact that I feel calm and relaxed. The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The doctor did an excellent job on my teeth that had bad decay and cavity. Now, I can pay a visit without that nervous and heavy feeling. 😊

My experience with Dr. Li (and his practice) has been totally positive - an experienced, super friendly, and very knowledgeable team who made me feel better about my first ever cavity and very comfortable about the procedure to have it fixed. I would happily recommend them to anyone! If you're nervous or have any anxiety about dental work, they're a perfect practice because they really go out of their way to put patients at ease.

Wonderful staff. From the ladies at reception to the hygienist and dentist, they were all so incredibly friendly. I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office.

If you have any anxiety about dental work, this is the place for you!
