Clean, professional environment. Appointment was on time. Friendly staff.

Overall very good experience. Enough to continue routine service with them. Great hygienist with good hands and treated me almost pain free. Knowledgeable dentist though I felt her check up was rather quick and not very detailed in explanation. My other biggest feedback is the lack of thoroughness when rebooking appointments. I had to ask all the questions, didn’t feel guided by the front desk and they also pressured me into booking other appointments after I said no. Like mentioned above though I had a very good overall experience and will be back for follow up routines as prescribed.

The entire team was friendly, open and very accepting of any needs to support the person coming into their space. Very welcoming and very thoughtful towards all possible questions and concerns.

Booking appointment was relatively easy with variety of availability. Location was fairly convenient but parking was difficult to find. I wished they would have told me prior to parking, where parking was available. Staff were approachable and explained the next steps, before proceeding.

Dr. Seth is very friendly and professional. She explained everything to me well. I like that she offers appointments after 5 PM during the week as it’s not always easy to take time off work.

I recently changed dentists as I had moved and I had a pleasant appointment at the Lakeshore Smiles Dentistry. The office was bright and clean and full of natural light. I had a cleaning and general check-up. Dr Payal Seth explained each service as she went along and asked if I was comfortable throughout each services. I'm glad I chose Dr Payal Seth as my new dentist.

She was nice and very detailed in explaining the issues and what needs to be done.

The appointment went well but there were two old fillings to replace but my calls ane messages have not been returned.

Friendly and pleasant Dr. Explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease. She didn’t hurt my gums cleaning like all the other dentists I’ve been to. The place is decorated nicely, like a spa and is clean as well.

One of the best dentists I’ve been to! I have a fear of the dentist but everyone made me feel super comfortable and took there time to make sure everything was done thoroughly.
