During my initial appointment, they conducted two sets of X-rays, and took photographs and measurements of each tooth. The hygienist who attended me was not only friendly but also very calming. She carefully analyzed my teeth, providing detailed explanations of areas where I could improve. The cleaning was extremely thorough, and she ensured I remained comfortable throughout the process. Afterward, the dentist reviewed my X-rays, conducted a comprehensive examination, and provided clear explanations regarding any necessary treatments. He suggested a filling for a tooth that had been previously treated, which I had anticipated, and identified another tooth as non-urgent and a third to monitor. It was reassuring that he didn’t push for unnecessary treatments, demonstrating integrity and professionalism. The front desk staff were equally friendly and efficient, handling all insurance-related matters and being transparent about costs. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with nothing to complain about. Highly recommend this clinic for their professionalism and excellent service.
