The waiting area is really nice and relaxing and it’s great that they offer bottled water or perrier. I also like the fact you can watch shows on Netflix while you have your cleaning or work done. He was very clear about what was occurring during my procedure, encouraged me to ask questions whenever I needed clarification, explained my options to me (as well as the benefits and risks for each option), and expressed interest in my specific circumstances. He has a bit of a sense of humor as well, which really helped put me at ease since I tend to be nervous about going to the dentist. He gets along really well with the other people working at the office, and it contributes to an overall wonderful atmosphere.
