A wonder experience

The clinic is very professional, state of the art technology!

I would arrive a few minutes early to do the paperwork. The questions they asked created a more holistic appointment and brought up issues I nearly forgot to mention when I booked the appointment in the first place. There is visitor parking, which is a bonus. It's an accessible location if you have mobility issues. The location is convenient for bus or car travel. The office has late appointment nights. You never feel rushed.

The staff were amazing! They were gentle and informative. They also let me know what they were doing before proceeding, and did everything they could to make me comfortable (watching Netflix helped to distract me as well). They are personable, and show genuine interest in my medical history to help tailor my dental hygiene to my specific needs.

Generally good experience. Appointment time was changed due to their scheduling problems but the actual visit was good. Front desk, dental hygienist and Dr. Gruesc were all very friendly and professional; the clinic was bright and clean, you can also watch netfix during the procedure, which might be helpful for someone who feel anxious about dental visits.
