It was great to get an appointment at short period of notice with clinic being busy. Staff was courteous and nice. Everyone behaved professionally except the admin lady who didnt give me quote for cleaning upon asking saying it depends on your case ( I only asked for approximate quote which they had already submitted to my insurance which I came to know about later) It was my first time getting any kind of dental treatment in Canada so I dont know how the process works here. I expected dentist to do an exam and cleaning but its actually the dental hygienist who did all the procedures and dentist came only at the end to check for diagnosis. Dental hygienist was super nice, professional and explained all the procedures before performing it. Overall happy with my treatment(dental exam and cleaning) but I just expected more involvement from dentist.
