Dr. Trina E. Macrae

Dr. Macrae is the owner and principal dentist at Yonge & Lawrence Dentistry. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from McGill University after completing her B.Sc. and B.Comm. degrees at Queen’s University. She then completed the Dental Residency program at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto before entering private practice. Dr. Macrae joined Yonge & Lawrence Dentistry in 2010. Her experience at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre allowed Dr. Macrae the opportunity to work closely with geriatric populations as well as medically compromised patients. She also gained experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery and oral pathology, which have been invaluable to her practice. Dr. Macrae has spent time volunteering at the Health Mission Outreach program in Toronto and was a clinical instructor at the University of Toronto. Dr. Macrae is a member of the Ontario Dental Association and Canadian Dental Association. She is a founding member of the McGill Alumni Dental Study Club in Toronto and is a registered Invisalign Provider. She regularly participates in continuing education so that she can deliver excellent care to her patients. Dr. Macrae lives in Toronto and enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children. She has been passionate about teeth since early childhood, as she makes up the third generation of female dentists in her family.
