Dr. Sophie Seo

Dr. Sophie Seo received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology at the University of Toronto. She then attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where she received her Doctorate Degree in Dental Surgery. Afterward, Dr. Seo completed a general practice residency program in New York City, where she lived for 3 years. Dr. Seo also has a background in research at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Asthma and Allergy Department, in Maryland, where she worked as a research student. She also partook in numerous community service activities where she provided dental care for patients living in underprivileged areas. Dr. Seo enjoys practicing all aspects of dentistry but has particular interest in cosmetics. She has completed numerous advanced postgraduate courses in fields such as invisible orthodontics (Invisalign) and advanced esthetic techniques (Lumineers and veneers). Dr. Seo takes pride in her ability to make patients feel comfortable in the chair and has had many patients compliment her gentle hands. She feels extremely grateful to have the opportunity to help people gain confidence in their smiles and looks forward to sharing her expertise and gentle, kind manner with you and your family. In her spare time, Dr. Seo enjoys going out to see movies, exploring many great restaurants in Toronto, fishing, traveling, designing jewelery, and spending time with her family and friends. She also speaks fluent Korean and some Spanish.
