Friendly, Accomodating and Professional
Reviewed on February 13th, 2017 • Verified patientDr Sara Hansen and her team made my trip to Mercer Street Dentistry extremely enjoyable. Being someone who dislikes (fears) the dentist, I appreciated the friendly and ingratiating environment they have created. Dr Hansen did an excellent job with my cleaning, and made realistic recommendations for my day-to-day oral health. She kept me calm and comfortable throughout the process. The only downside was the final bill was more than I was originally quoted --turns out a full mouth's worth of x-rays is a bit of an investment. I have been avoiding the dentist for 2+ years and I booked a second appointment in July with Dr Hansen before even leaving her office. The facilities are top notch as it is brand new, and everything is there to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Sara even guides you through everything step by step. Which is great :). She also has great front desk staff! Jeanette at the front desk is a great person to be greeted by and she is very nice. She also made sure I had all the information necessary to schedule my next visit and see what teeth needed extra treatment. She is also a very friendly and approachable person. Such a pleasant experience!

I liked that I could gaze out the tall windows at the clouds and CN tower OR watch Netflix on the ceiling during my appointment! All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Hansen was very personable. A very calming presence. She explained everything to me and very clearly. Which I really appreciate.
