Dr. Robert Eisen

I am Dr. Eisen, and I have been a dentist in the North York area since I graduated from the University of Western Ontario and began practicing dentistry in 1985. Besides practicing dentistry, being active in the dental community is important to me. This is why additional education has always been a focus and priority and I am a member of several dental study groups and professional associations. I also find it very important to serve the community I live and work in. Me, and several other members of our staff have been involved in creating a Dental Clinic for disadvantaged youth, I am involved in a couple local charities and have done dentistry in orphanages in Africa and Asia.

What are you proud of in your practice?

I am really proud of the team we have built over the years at North York Smile Centre. Patients can see we want to do more than fix problems we find. We take an innovative approach that creates a comprehensive treatment plan for each individual patient to protect and promote oral health. This allows us to work with you to keep your teeth strong and healthy for life.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I thoroughly enjoy all facets of life in the practice. Meeting new and regular patients, and getting to know them on a personal level is one of the most rewarding aspects of dentistry. Besides the day to day work, I have a special interest in cosmetic dentistry. I have followed several courses at the University of Buffalo and I am a graduate of the Pankey Institute, a renowned post-graduate dental training facility.
