The hygienist was very gentle even with my sensitive teeth

It wasn't Rand it was another dentist. A older European guy. He said my tooth chipped because I bite my nails when that wasn't the case. But yeah I just was entirely unsure of the experience because it's my first time going to the dentist in a while

After not going to the dentist for WAAAY too long, the team at Papefinch dental office made me feel very comfortable and I had a great appointment, and left with my teeth looking and feeling amazing.

First appointment with x-rays required. Last appointment of the day, so I expected to be a few minutes behind but was nearly 30 minutes. Hygienist was great and informative. Overall, it seems like a good operation.

The staff at the office were really friendly and comforting. They also offered some advice to maintain the work that was done.

Friendly and nice customer service and on time

My hygienist, Farrah, was lovely. Very friendly and explained all the procedures; she is normally from the other location, but was filling in today. Dr Rose came in and finished looking over the exam to finalize results. The staff were friendly and the office was clean. A tv was in each room also.

Tbh I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Rand was great. Patient, knowledgable, and thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Love the place and the professionalism

Pros: Hygeinist and doctor both lovely, efficient, friendly. Practice clean. Going back for more appointments. Cons: The outside of the office (entrance and stairway in particular) is a little hard to find and doesn't scream 'healthcare' but once you're on the right level and inside it's lovely.

It was amazing experience I had. Dr “James” was amazing. He was very detailed and he let you walk through step by step and gives you good advice what was best treatment for me and really amazing dentist I ever had so far. I did not feel much pain at all even with the numbing in which I always get pain the most. Everyone in the clinic was very friendly and very helpful and also professional. Again, thank you for treating my pain within a day.
