Great staff and experience was smooth, doctor came on time and did the examination and explained main issues in detail, encouraged to ask questions and cleared all doubts patiently.

Dr. Brach is very friendly and listens carefully to all your concerns. He will tell you what's best for you but will respect your decision.

From the moment you walk to when you leave the service is first class. I really enjoyed Dr. Brach and staff's holistic approach to oral health care. They mentioned details about my oral health that have never been said to me before. I will be bring my whole family here.

Dr. Brach was very nice and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing and explained what he was doing. He also provided explanations for specific terms that are not common knowledge if you’re not in the dental industry. Overall, very satisfied so far.

The Dentist spend enough time on Initial examination and the cleaning done was at the expected level. The Support staffs attend with patience and explains every process and makes us comfortable. The ambience is also welcoming

Dr. Malkit was wonderful, he was gentle wasn’t rough and honest about what’s best for me. Also, Lisa A and Lisa M I hope I got the last letter right, but they were wonderful and pleasant and helpful. For my first time being there they made me feel welcomed. From here on out I will continue my services with village dental.

Dr Brach was not available I got Dr Wong instead . Dr. Wong was great upon first impression but I'll give a more detailed review once I get to know her better. But I can tell that she is very meticulous and very detailed oriented in regards to her practice.

Came for a check up and had an excellent experience. Staff are friendly and professional. Modern technology and comfortable space to keep you healthy.

I have a few issues with my teeth and everything was explained by Dr. Brach in a very informative and easy to understand way. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering Shepard Village Dental.

Had my first exam/assessment today with Dr. Z and had an overall positive experience! The clinic was very clean and organized. The hygienist Amin was very nice, informative and engaging. Have booked for a cleaning and another assessment already!

The office was extremely welcoming. I was offered a cappuccino on my way in and the environment was warm and professional. My hygienists Lisa and Mel were awesome to chat with. They were able to explain everything they saw in a way I would understand and were easy to connect with. Dr. Brach was great as well - looking forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Brach and his staff were kind and understanding. These are wonderful people who genuinely enjoy helping people. Dr. Brach answered all my questions and made sure I understood what was going on. Will definitely be coming back for future checkups
