She started her examination explaining all the steps and what I, as a patient should anticipate over the next few hours. She helped me make my decision on the treatment plan explaining my whole case. Not at all forceful. Between Dr. Farzaneh and her dental assistant, I really felt like I was in good hands, and like I was cared for as a person - not just a client number. They made sure I was clear on what was happening every step of the way, and put me at the forefront of the decision making on my healthcare.
