The Dental Hygienist was very helpful and gave me lots of personalized recommendations on how to better take care of my teeth. X-rays and cleaning were painless. Met with the Dentist and they were very friendly.

The staff were super friendly and spent their time with me explaining the procedures specific to this dental office. My hygienist did all the x-rays, check-up and cleaning. I was also given a full understanding on proper oral hygiene that will help with my sensitive gums. Will be going back in 4 months for another cleaning.

The doctor seems pretty friendly which made me feel less nervous. The nurse who cleaned my tooth was soooo meticulous and professional. I like the waiting area especially the fish tank.

There is a specified amount of procedures to be done when using Opencare to qualify for the promotion. The total was not cheap closing in on $500 for xrays, full exam and scaling + fluoride however the dental hygeniest Sarah was friendly and great! Appointment was around 1.5hrs, a full hour for scaling. She made the experience enjoyable. Dr. T made a quick appearance to say hello but Sarah was the real star!

The environment is very good, and the fish tank in the waiting area is a good point. Staring at those fish will relieve some anxiety. But that piano may be a display, after all, if it is played, it will cause noise and affect other people on the same floor. I also like the tooth-shaped luminous model in the office area. I stare at it for a long time every time I wait for payment. As for the subsequent treatment process, I think it is still very good. The content and tone of Dr. Ali Tavakoli's speech greatly relieved my fear of drills and needles. He is very skilful, the whole process is smooth, and there is no obvious discomfort at present. I think it would be better if they can explain to me roughly about what will happen before treatment. For example, I didn't know that I had to take anesthetics, so I didn't realize that I was injected with anesthesia until I was injected, and I was not mentally prepared. Very satisfied overall.

Always friendly and always explains everything he recommends and answers all questions. Takes the time to check what is covered by insurance and let you know if there are out of pocket expenses. Nothing but good things to say.

Good doctor, quick and painless procedures. The receptionist wasn't that much helpful. In many dental offices they usually take care of finding out information on your insurance and make sure to you know how the payment will be processed, the coverage etc. However she did not get involved in this and left it completely up to me.

Everyone was great at 123Dental! My dental hygienist, Samina, was super helpful, friendly and efficient. She was honest and educated on my dental health a lot! Dr. Ali was also very friendly and helpful when it comes to the examination.
