It was my first experience of teeth cleaning and the staff assisted very well. They were friendly and encouraging. They did the cleaning very carefully and am satisfied with the services provided.

Doctor Kim was fantastic. My retainer was broken and ended up coming loose in the cleaning but he was about to assist and remove it for me.

Overall ok - but I felt more like an object and a quick turnaround than a new patient, no one stopped to speak to me, and didn't seem interest in creating a relatinship.

All staff were friendly on first visit. I had a meeting I had to run and the hygienist was super understanding.

It was a very thorough first-time appointment, with lots of time (maybe a little too much time) dedicated to explaining the dentist's observations and proposed treatment. The facility is clean and there were massagers on the chairs, which was nice. It seemed a bit long compared to other initial examinations / x-rays / cleanings I've attended in the past.

I had a very good cleaning done here. I also asked the dr about her opinion on some cosmetic procedure on my teeth and she recommended against it. Felt that she was very genuine and honest.
