Had a great tooth-cleaning session here doctors are very knowledgable and explained me everything in detail about my other dental issues as well.

Staff are friendly and professional. The only complaint is that the clinic space is very cramped with small rooms that are not conducive to privacy because of the room layout/design (you can see/hear other patients/staff). The exam rooms are so small that you have to carefully enter to get into the room (so people with mobility issues might have difficulty). The friendly staff make up for it, but it's still a little too cramped.

Overall had a great first appointment. Office is bright and clean. Staff are friendly and attentive. Hygienist and dentist were informative and made me feel comfortable.

I has Dr Alex, he took the time to be throrough and tell me everything i need to know about my oral health. Cost is also reasonable compared to most dentistries in toronto

Kind, caring dentist, provides through explanations and answers questions well. Hygienist was also very thorough, and worked well around an issue I was having without causing unnecessary pain. Clinic has great technology for thoroughly visualizing your teeth & gums.

Dr. John was great, did a great job on my teeth, communicated all the elements of my treatment well and walked me through my dental health and x-rays in a very clear and easy to understand manner. Very happy about my first visit!

Excellent clinic and professional dentist

Dr. Kim and the entire team at Chaplin were all very professional and friendly! Going to the dentist is no one's favourite thing, but they make the cleanings quick and efficient with as little annoyance as possible.

Dr. Larry was terrific. He is knowledgable and did a detailed new patient exam, answering all our queries. We will surely be doing further visits for all our dental requirements.

Dr. Larry did an amazing job giving me a temporary filling. He explained what needed to be done and was very informative. He was also gentle as I have very sensitive gums. Would definitely recommend him!

Dr. Shiff was very helpful in my existing benefits situation and was able to provide me with a quick cleaning while we wait to discuss future treatment based off my dental coverage. My teeth feel fresh and I've been given new advice on how to maintain the cleanliness of my oral care.
