Staff are friendly and excellent service by Doctor Keem

Appointment was decent. Thank you Carlton dental and Open care. I would request open care team to look into this issue where Reward amount was 125$ while booking appointment but now it is showing very less. I emailed to open care team about same and they asked me to write this issue in comment section (ticket num 386039). I am attaching the email where I contacted open care. Please look into it as I am eligible for 125$ reward amount.

Dr Keem was good but i felt like he was rushing during my Wisdom tooth extraction. He tried but wasn't able to extract 1/2 of my wisdom tooth completely and referred me to an oral surgeon for further extraction.

Dr. Keem was very attentive, taking time to explain what was happening and why he made each recommendation for my care. I left the appointment feeling informed and in control of my oral health.

I am very pleased with the platform provided by Open Care. It provides am easy way to connect to good dentals close to me. Due to multiple email and message reminders I could attend the appointment without fail.

Very knowledgeable. He Would only recommend something that is necessary to you. I went for a clean up but ipkn scanning found 4 tooth damaged and had them worked upon.

Everyone working here was so nice and friendly. I love how up-to-date their machines are and everyone who worked there was very informative in their communications. I had a teeth cleaning here and the dentist who worked on my teeth was extremely thorough, down to earth and transparent with me. This was by far the best experience I've ever received at a dentist. The fact that they played lo-fi music and even massaged my jaw after the treatment really made them stand out amongst every other dentist office I've ever been to. Highly recommend!!

The appointment I scheduled was received by the dental office I booked at. I booked it at the closest dental clinic with the best reviews, and I received great service. The staff were non-judgmental and had amazing social skills. I was anxious, due to life circumstances I hadn't visit a dental clinic for years. It was definitely a great experience, and I will come here again.

BEST dental experience!! The whole crew did a fantastic job! The secretary was very welcoming and helped explain my receipt and any questions I had. The dental assistant was very friendly and made me aware of what was going to happen. The dentist was very approachable and knowledgeable, he was also able to answer any concerns I had. The dental hygienist was also very welcoming and talkative, and did a great job at polishing and scaling my teeth! He was also very knowledgeable! My teeth never felt so clean and my experience with everyone was above and beyond! As well, there was a small face massage at the end which felt amazing and I've never experienced that! To add, I had to change my appointment date twice due to insurance issues and the secretaries were all very understanding and helpful! They sent me a reminder of my appointment as well which is very handy!

Sorry my English is not very good. But Doctor Keem can speak Korean！And all of the staffs are friendly！

Everything was perfect since I arrived at the dental office. Dr. Kanghyun was very friendly and kind, also his work was very detailed and professional. Would definetly recommend.
