My experience booking an appointment was very positive. Staff responded promptly to my request through Opencare and we arranged an appointment within 24 hours. The office's appointment availability is also very flexible, as they are open after 5pm most days of the week.

Never fear of Dentist's, as Jeanie is very high tech, and resolves issues with her modern equipment, and is extremely friendly, and open minded to teeth issues, so I can keep my teeth healthy to avoid issues in the long run.

Everyone was kind, patient and helpful. I will definitely be going back and recommended Baywell to others.

I saw Dr Sunny for my check-up and subsequent appointments and the whole experience from the confirmations to friendly receptionists was very pleasant. Also had a chance to speak to Dr Luong about orthodontists. All the staff were very thorough and personable and I never had to wait too long. Recommended.

Jeanie was very thorough in explaining all the things that needed to be done. She values the importance of us understanding and not just throwing a bunch of information. She would also put what we wanted first.

Admin team explained well over the phone, email and at the counter, all dental assistants carefully looked after the patients with Covid guideline, and the Dr Sydney explained the details well of my teeth conditions, what needs to be treated urgently by orders and possible issues. I found this clinic randomly on opencare website but very satisfied overall. Convenient location, great service and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately they were not able to direct bill my insurance company. Service was good, the hygentist and the dentists are very caring and patient. They explain the entire process to you and ensures that you understand before proceeding.

Dr. Luong was away on maternity leave so I saw Dr. Cormier. The office is beautifully modern and clean and Dr. Cormier and the whole team are very friendly. They all explained what they were doing and why and the whole experience was pleasurable. I’ve had a lot of dental work in the past so I’m not at all nervous in dentist offices but if you are nervous you definitely have nothing to fear here.

I didn't get a chance to see Dr. Jeanie Luong as she was on leave but saw another Dr. instead. It was good and very comfortable.

The appointment went smoothly. The office is small but cute, it wasn't busy when I went at 9:30am. The receptionist was very friendly and the onboarding process was easy. My appointment was on time and the assistants were helpful. I met the dentist and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Throughout the check up (x-rays, pictures, exams etc.) the assistants and the dentist always explained what they were doing. It made me feel comfortable knowing what they were looking for and what some of the numbers/terminology meant. My cleaning was as great as a cleaning could be haha. All the staff members were excellent and this will be my new main dentist.
