I went for a clean and a regular check up. I am one person who is not comfortable with dentist at all. This was one of my most comfortable experiences with a dentist. I loved the service provided and would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Monica had been a great Dentist. After not going for many years, I had many concerns and fears. Her staff were kind and patient, and did a fantastic job. For the first time in year I can say yes I've been to the dentist, and it was a good experience.

Dental Hygienist Domenica was incredibly informative about the x-Ray and cleaning process, as well as a wonderful person to chat with. Dr. Grace Yoo was extremely gentle and attentive. Overall, it was a very pleasant dental experience :)

Today was my first visit with Dr. Yoo and dental hygienist Amber at Balsam Dental. I was unfortunately running late to my appointment and the team was able to accommodate me with no issue. I had one of the best dental experiences at Balsam Dental. After my appointment, I was given a very generous dental "goody bag" with an electric toothbrush, a variety of flossing tools and toothpaste. The office is conveniently located on Queen Street East and can be accessed by streetcar. Lots of street parking available if you are driving. The office is in a beautiful old building and is very clean. Would highly recommend!

Balsam Dental is an excellent dental care provider. They were very kind and gave me an excellent package when I was finished my appointment of a toothbrush, 5 types of floss and a tooth whitening kit. I highly recommend Balsam Dental.

I ended up seeing a different dentist, but everyone in the office was kind and professional. They took the time to explain everything, including telling me how much my next appointment would be before booking so I could ensure it worked with my finances.

The dentist was quite lovely. She came in after the hygienist Amber finished a number of cleaning and treatments. The dentist was very thoughtful and spent time with me answering all my questions. I have an issue with my jaw that the dentist was considerate of. She gave me her honest opinion on possible treatments, and I felt she listened to my concerns.

Very thorough teeth cleaning, great staff. Equipment and procedures were very modern. First time patient charges were expensive though.

Staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions you have about you care or benefit coverage. They also submit your claims.
