Dr. Richard D. Riddle II, DMD

Dr. Riddle received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1984. He has published articles in several dental journals on the subject of jaw joint problems (TMJ), is certified in Laser Dentistry, and was awarded Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). Dr. Riddle is also a member the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine,

What makes your practice special when compared with others in the area?

We incorporate technology to make the experience more comfortable and less intimidating for our patients. We utilize digital radiography which requires much less radiation for the patient, we also use lasers which allow us to do fillings without the need for anesthesia (no injections). We also restore teeth with metal free materials when appropriate. We help our patients with sleep apnea by helping to diagnose, and if appropriate, treating them with Oral Appliances (OAT). We use advanced ultrasound technology to determine proper jaw position for treating sleep apnea with Oral Appliances.

What are you and your team proud of at your practice?

We treat each patient as if they were a close friend or family member. We try to do what is right for that patient including their wants with their needs. We try to think and be creative in servicing the needs of our patients and putting them first.
