Very knowledgeable at her profession. Is not aggressive at all. She just tells what is and what the best treatment plan is. Then she really just leaves up to you if you want to do it or not.

Wonderful experience with my cleaning. She was very informative re: my dental care and believe it or not kept me laughing throughout.

Clear communication from the doctor and staff. Appreciated their demeanor. Parking is a bit difficult but there’s meters and some free street parking near by.

Dr. Koa was thorough. The front office staff was going to have another dentist see me, but when I said I was told I was scheduled with Dr Koa (and she overheard me) they arranged me to be seen by Dr. Koa. Think a bait and switch is inappropriate, since I selected the dds based on education/training of Dr. Koa

Dr. Annabel was pretty good, friendly and worked quickly. However I left the office with a bit of my gums cut. It doesn't hurt, but there was a small bit that was scratched off and bleeding slightly. The assistant of the office was also friendly, but he frequently dropped things and did things seemingly incorrectly. The doctor had to correct him or instruct him about things that he should have known in my opinion.

Doctor Koa was good overall. The three star review is because of her staff. The assistant seemed to not know exactly what he was doing. Made the x-ray process seem more long and tedious than it should have been.

Above and beyond! Very friendly staff, and tooth extraction was quick and painless.

Such a great experience with a doctor that doesn't over diagnose. Super comfy experience, easy parking, and amazing dental assistant. I highly suggest this office. The bay has a shortage of honorable dentists and this is one of the few honest ones left

I have had many issues with my teeth over the years, and have constantly had dentists chastise and fear-monger me for it before providing any kind of help. My visit with Dr. Koa was the exact opposite. She and her staff were all positive, friendly, and helpful in creating a treatment plan to get my teeth where they should be.

The service and the people were awesome. They explain everything to you and what needed to be taken care of with your teeth and mouth. I definitely recommend to come to this place for your dental care.

The overall experience is good. At first, the location is a little bit confused because I can't find the clinic. The staff is nice. And making a reservation is convenient.

Really good experience, everyone there was nice and my teeth feel really clean.
