My family and I moved into Snohomish post Covid and have since been searching for a new dentistry, we've tried at least one other which can short of our expectation hence we approached this visit with a level of skepticism. Our experience on our visit to Pilchuck Family Dentistry, was very exceptional. While most Dentistry do have "Family" in their business name, the staff at Pilchuck Family Dentistry to live up to the expectation creating a family friendly experience going above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable through the dental experience. My spouse and I also felt they were knowledgeable, took the time to explain to us each procedure and did not push back when we decided we decided we didn't need to numb our mouth before treatment. Definitely choosing this as our new family dentistry and I hope you do the same.

Very nice and informative dentist. She tells what’s recommended and gives you the choice. She doesn’t push you into something you don’t need or can’t afford.

The team made the experience very simple and quick. Dr. Huy Ngo was very informative about everything needed and what to do to prevent further issues.

Emergency dental! Loose crown. Got an appointment a few hours later. Office staff, Toai, was very helpful in checking my insurance for coverage. Dr. Park & assistant, Renee, were very assuring & explained everything. Left w/prescription & care info.
