All the staff were very friendly and sweet! They were thorough and did a great job. However, I didn’t like the $35 new patient fee/oral cancer screening. I wish they would have made me aware of that extra fee beforehand as is makes me trust them less now.

My appointment did not start off great, as it seemed to take forever to get the X-rays done for my records. The assistant was having a bit of an off day and struggled to get things working correctly which made for an uncomfortable initial experience. However, Dr. Wong himself, and the rest of his staff really made up for it after the not so great first experience, and were all very friendly and knowledgeable!

I had my visit with Dr. Cervantes who was great! He took the time to explain what's going with my xrays, oral health, and preventative care, which I really appreciate. He even took time to do my teeth cleaning! However, the staff seem a little unorganized with equipment and where things were place. My hygienist and another hygienist (as it appears) had a little discrepancy about a missing part in the middle of my appointment, which was a bit of a distraction. I didn't mind it too much, but some patients might.
