Overall good, although if you have an early morning appointment, arrive at the time the appointment begins, not five minutes early, otherwise you might end up waiting on the sidewalk!

Minimal wait time. Dr. Pham Smith was very knowledgable and patient but also efficient. Woman at the front desk was helpful in explaining insurance coverage.

I had a great experience at Dr. Smith's office. The clinic staff are efficient and friendly, and I appreciated Dr. Smith's honestly and frankness when it came to discussing treatment options. The front desk and insurance staff were also excellent. Overall, I'd recommend this office, though it may not be as great for those with dental anxiety.

I was extremely concerned about some large problems I had. Dr Tuanh Pham Smith was able to keep me at ease and even though I was extremely stressed out, was able to be calm, and explain clearly and directly what was needed. Fully trust her assessment and honesty. Was worried about needing to get a second opinion. I've definitely found the one I want to stick with.

pretty typical dentist appointment for a cleaning. staff was nice, and flexible when i rescheduled. a little difficult since i have a lot of issues with dentist anxiety, and there wasn’t a lot of accommodation in that way. definitely a good experience when compared to other dentists i’ve been to.
