Whether it's the coffee/bottled water in the waiting room, the overhead TV's piping in Netflix or Pandora through your own personal headphones or a nice warm towel at the end of each appointment, we want your visit to be as enjoyable as possible. I have severe anxiety and was very up front with that, and Dr. Knudson and his staff did everything they could to make me more comfortable. On top of that he explained everything in great detail and was completely transparent about pricing. I got xrays, then back to the chair. She did a very thorough cleaning and explained things as she saw them. She had a wand that could take photos of the teeth from inside the mouth (kinda cool!). You can opt in to watching Netflix, I chose not to on this appointment, since it'd been a while since I'd been at the dentist, and I'm fairly dentist apprehensive. The appointment was great!
