I'm very impressed with Dr. Tyler and the staff. Dr. Tyler took his time, clearly explained procedures, and outlined a care plan. Jess explained in detail what is covered by my insurance plan, and dollar amounts. In ratings of one to five, I rate them a ten!

Let's keep in mind that I actually saw Dr. Gibbons. This experience was practically perfect, as far as a trip to the dentist could go. The doctor was very informative and caring. He was gentle and explained every step along the way. When getting to the "expensive phase" we laid out a plan over several months that was feasible and economical.

The doctor was very nice, and helped explain every step and process. He did the usual first check up visit, and also too picture of teeth that needed to be addressed with a tiny camera so he would have a reference, which was very cool! He made good recommendations without being judgmental. Overall, a great experience and I enjoyed meeting the tech and office assistant, they were also helpful and professional.

Dr. Mendez and his staff were amazing. I went in, with an abscess and pain, after I filled out my paperwork, I got called back immediately. The staff was kind, inviting, and made me feel comfortable. Really helped me to no feel anxious. Dr. Mendez was very gentle, informative, and really did an amazing job. I left feeling prepared for my treatment plan and very relaxed.
