Dr Yu’s office was very friendly and welcoming. Dr Yu was very thorough with the dental exam and explained everything to me well.

Dr. Yu is very detailed, offers pertinent treatment solutions, discusses in length about your concerns and works with you to find a treatment that's best suited to you. Also the staff at his practice from the receptionist to the hygienist are all welcoming and make you feel at home.

Dr. Yu is very knowledgeable and patient.

I have been looking for an honest dentist that doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need. Dr.Yu spent time personally with me to ensure all of my cleaning was properly done. I liked how knowledgeable he was about some of the issues I was facing, and how he was able to provide insights that my previous dentists couldn't.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Yu. His team is completely professional and very friendly. This first visit was two hours and very thorough. We came away with a good plan, and Dr. Yu and the hygienist who worked with me explained everything very well.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had with a dentist. The entire staff is amazing, attentive, and great. They all took their time, everything was explained and I felt comfortable to ask questions. He’s a dentist who cares for his patients and I’m happy I found my dentist in San Jose.

The staff was friendly and professional, the office has state of the art equipment. The dentist and hygienist were extremely gentle and thorough with explaining to me all of the procedures that needed to be done. I felt very comfortable and will definitely return to receive the recommendations that were presented to me for future treatments.

It was a pleasant first visit experience. Dr Yu explained all the procedures done to me, from the xray to his overall assessment of my dental hygiene. He suggested some treatments and discussed the pros and cons. His office staff Jessica and his assistant Lizet were the best. Thank you Forest Dentistry. We'll definitely see each other again.

I have been to many dentists, and Dr. Yu is the only one who has been extremely thorough with my exam. He does not just clean and go, like many dentists. You are a valued patient to him. Highly recommend him for sure!!
