Dr. Pall knew I was very nervous she helped me overcome my fears all in one visit. She explains everything in detail which I appreciated.

Explains clearly the condition, gentle and clean practice. Good location. There is an additional charge of $35 that is not covered by insurance.

Dr. Pall and her staff were friendly, quick and easily outlined all costs and options available to me. I came in for an emergency procedure and they hastily contacted me and setup a same day consult. 10/10 would go back for any and all dental needs.

As a first time patient I was completely content and happy with my new Dentist Dr. Rachna Pall. Her office and staff are very friendly and personable. Dr. Pall is very knowledgeable and explained everything throughout my visit, she is very personalized with her care. Her recommendations were great and if you are looking for a dentist you will make the best decision by coming to her office. My expectations were met waaay above and beyond my expectations for care.

I had a good experience - She is a very knowledgeable & friendly dentist, and I would visit them every year. Also, the staff is very responsive. They do however charge a $35 fee (over & above the services) which came in as a surprise, please check for yourself before going.

Dr. Pall was very patient and thorough during the examination. She took photos of my teeth in addition to x-rays so that I had a clear picture of what she was referring to when discussing treatment options and preventative care. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured into removing my wisdom teeth like I did with my former dentist. I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning!

Super sweet and makes you feel very comfortable! Honest and direct with her care which is completely needed! Office is quiet as well and patients are usually the only person in the office other than her and her assistant!

Dr. Rachna and team were really friendly and shared several useful tips for maintaining good gum care along with regular checkups. We didn't have to wait much as they covered only us for that hour window so it was really smooth experience. We were also shown billing estimates covered by our insurance, so it was transparent. We really liked the convenience of picking dentists from the list that open care offers based on my location and coverage. We also really liked the dentist visit and it was pretty smooth overall.

She is really good. I would definitely recommend her. It was my 1st time at her clinic and in general for a dental appointment in while, but it was useful.

She was very sweet and professional, the other lady working there was also just as sweet and professional. I will be returning very soon.

Right from the registration all the way until the appointment was done the entire process was flawless. Frankly was a lil nervous going to a Dental Appointment but this one was the best ever.

The staff is very nice and friendly. I enjoy my cleaning. The office is nice and quite so you can relax.

My first visit so I did some standard paperwork and then got x rays, followed by a discussion with dr Rachna about my concerns, then an exam of my teeth, followed by deep cleaning. I lost a filling so she out in a temp filling then scheduled my next appt

Dr. Rachna is very easy and calm , she did my x-ray examination and first cleaning very well. She has also reviewed my teeth structure and suggested things to avoid any cavities .I will refer people to go and see her.

Dr. Rachna and her staff (Theresa and Nancy) are amazing! They make you feel very comfortable and are super friendly. Dr. Rachna walked me through my entire x-ray so patiently and gave me suggestions on the next steps. Highly recommend this facility.

Made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Gave me time to think about what I will need and thoroughly explained everything to me so that I can better understand. Excited to return to her in the near future.
