Dr. John Hao Rong

I am leaving this review on behalf of my 3yr old son Jay. Dr. John was very kind to Jay and his approach to kids was patient. I agree with his training wheels approach to baby teeth that allow for a more leniency. Good for kids.

Aptly named. I like Dr. John he’s a laid back guy and knowledgeable in his field. He takes time to listen to your concerns and educates you on best practices. Also this was the first time going to the dentist didn’t hurt. Very gentle. Low key. And they don’t push stuff on you.

Excellent all around. Great staff; they were friendly and funny. The cleaning was particularly detailed and I appreciated the level of scrutiny in the details that I can use to maintain my teeth better. Good use of technology: They had photographic feedback on how I can better maintain as well. Excellent experience all around. I definitely recommend this office to everyone.

Dr. Michael was great he was very gentle and explained everything. The staff was supper nice from the minute I walked in!!

Friendly and efficient

He and the staff were extremely friendly and very informative. This is much more so than my previous dentists. He spent more time than planned so my visit was very inclusive.

I really enjoyed my experience with this dental office. The dentist who saw me was knowledgeable and comforting. All of the staff were professional and helpful.I would highly recommend this office and look forward my next visit.

Friendly, organized, clean operation with good teamwork

Super friendly staff! Everything was super smooth. They even had TVs to watch shows on Netflix while getting your teeth clean.

Excellent service from the entire staff. I felt welcomed and relaxed as everything was explained to me for my first visit. I’m very nervous when it comes to dental work. I was able to let the staff know what I’m comfortable with and what I’m not and they were very accommodating to my dental anxiety. I’ve already scheduled my next appointments.

It was Great meeting Doctor John, i was late for appointment but he still managed to give his ample time to me. I was very elaborative while explaining everything .

A small and excellent practice with a lively, understanding, and compassionate team. I had a lot of work to get done, and I still have more appointments to make, but I feel like I've been kept involved and engaged with my own care and choosing which options to pursue to get my dental health back in order. It feels like I'm welcome to ask questions.
