Dr. Daljit Chhabra

Dr. Chhabra is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, Philadelphia where she graduated in the top 10 percent of her class. She then completed a general practice residency at the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF), Dental School. Of this residency, Dr. Chhabra says. “The UCSF AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residency provided me with the opportunity to treat medically complex patients, understanding the correlation between their medical and dental health. I also gained extensive experience with oral cancer and other conditions working in the Stomatology Department, under some of the leading authorities in the subject.” UCSF has the distinction of being rated among the top three dental schools in the United States. After her graduation from UCSF, Dr. Chhabra spent eight years working as an associate dentist in Mountain View, California before opening her own dental practice. “I was always interested in biological sciences in school and wanted a career in the medical field. Dentistry interested me the most as it provided me with the ability to blend art and science together and use my hands to transform my patients’ smiles and oral health.” Dr. Chhabra is licensed by the Dental Board of California and is a member of The American Dental Association, The California Dental Association, and The Santa Clara Dental Society. She lives in Saratoga, California with her husband and her two children. She enjoys swimming, music, hiking and spending time with her family.
