She took the time to explain every procedure and answered all of my questions. Her office is clean, modern, and well-equipped. She has a gentle touch and made sure I was pain-free throughout the entire process. Reviewed on June 9th, 2021 • Verified patientThe few things I would request to do differently are the levels and frequency of communication. It was far too much. I received phone calls and voice messages, emails from the practice and a third party (Opencare), and text messages from the practice and a third party. Several notices for confirmation after I had already confirmed, and even one the day of. Please, only one reminder the day before is necessary. Also, the sticky fluoride was awful. The residue it left for the rest of the evening made me wish for anything else. Positives: Everyone at the practice was fantastic; especially, Dr. Ramlaoui!! I had such a blast chatting between updates and the cleaning. I felt at ease, she was gentle but thorough with the flossing (everyone is always so rough), and not once was I chastised for less that perfect tooth maintenance (I do my best, but I’m not perfect!). Thank you!!!!
