Dr. Amal Ramlaoui is an excellent dentist. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. She took the time to explain every procedure and answered all of my questions. Her office is clean, modern, and well-equipped. She has a gentle touch and made sure I was pain-free throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Amal Ramlaoui to anyone in need of dental care.

The few things I would request to do differently are the levels and frequency of communication. It was far too much. I received phone calls and voice messages, emails from the practice and a third party (Opencare), and text messages from the practice and a third party. Several notices for confirmation after I had already confirmed, and even one the day of. Please, only one reminder the day before is necessary. Also, the sticky fluoride was awful. The residue it left for the rest of the evening made me wish for anything else. Positives: Everyone at the practice was fantastic; especially, Dr. Ramlaoui!! I had such a blast chatting between updates and the cleaning. I felt at ease, she was gentle but thorough with the flossing (everyone is always so rough), and not once was I chastised for less that perfect tooth maintenance (I do my best, but I’m not perfect!). Thank you!!!! She had great suggestions for keeping up good oral health, and other life areas as well (all part of our lovely chat). 😊 by far, this is my favourite dentist office… and I’ve been to loads all over the country!

I loved the way the doctor handled my case. She was very polite and gave all details which are important to know. Environment was very friendly and comfortable.

Check in was incredibly simple and the receiptionist is super friendly and nice. The check up was super detailed and everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. De. Amal’s office is overall super kind, knowledgeable and flexible with payments

Dr. Amal's team was very nice, professional, and helpful. I had some issues claiming my insurance, but they were very cooperative in seeking my eligibility for me. The team overall provided a seamless experience - i would go there again!
