It was very easy to find an appointment quickly that fit my schedule! Everyone in the office was helpful and friendly. The entire appointment only took about an hour including paperwork and such.

Great experience. Took care of my x rays, checked all old fillings, and did a great cleaning in less than an hour. Was very honest and experienced and didnt feel any pain at all during the cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. Vilderman!

In the past 7 years of seeing multiple dentist offices in San Francisco, this was probably the only time when I felt like my doctor and hygienist actually cared about my health, and not just my money. Everyone was kind and patient, the doctor thoroughly explained my X-rays, and my hygienist asked me plenty of questions to make sure she fully understood my habits.

Very thorough and patient. Answered all my questions. Gave 4 instead of 5 stars because my first appointment was almost 2 hours long and I was definitely expecting this to be more like 1 hour. Staff overall is really friendly, parking is easy to find.

I originally booked for a much later date but they found a slot and moved me to an earlier available appointment. The entire experience was very smooth, I went in and out in about an hour. All insurance info was looked up by the staff beforehand so I didn't have to worry at all about billing & payment.

Dr. Lam did my cleaning and she was impeccable! Her attention to detail and level of care and experience led me to believe this was the best find I encountered in the last twenty years. I highly recommend the dentists in this office because they are not only professional but have progressed with the times by using newer techniques and taking advantage of digital photos to analyze every single tooth for the best service ever. I have never been to such a wonderful dentist!

My appointment is 11 am but the Dendist did not see me until 12:20 pm I waited so long but the lady and the guy in the front desk is very nice so the wait is okay. They are very helpful and offer me a tea.

Dr. Nataly Vilderman’s dental office was incredibly attentive and overall just an amazing experience for me. I had another dentist help me and I believe her name was Doctor Zi (I’m so sorry if I got that wrong) but her and her assistant Nicole were amazing! They were both so gentle and so kind and of course very thorough. I cannot stress that enough. I’ve never been excited so to go back to a dentist until now lol
