I was comfortable and well informed

Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly. Dr. Itani saw a minor issue that other dentists have never mentioned and gave me some great recommendations. Also, the hygienist, I believe Dr. Adam was one of the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever had.

Staff was very friendly; the X-Rays and exam was very comprehensive. I saw Dr. Smith, who actually went over the X-Rays with me. It was a very transparent process with no attempt to upsell me on anything I didn't need.

The information they gave me, with insurance for dental work and what I may want to take into consideration was understandable, accurate and made available to me. They encouraged good practice for everyday dental care and they were flexible with an extended visit.

Very knowledgable and helpful with explaining my current teeth health. Staff were very professional and friendly! Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Itani was really pleasant and explained very well what was going on with my teeth. Everything was really smooth, even during this COVID-19 situation.

Super efficient, no wait time once checked in. Felt very safe with COVID protocols in the office. Dr. Itani, Kimi, and Adam were all polite, professional, and clearly invested in teaching me about how to maintain and improve my oral health.

Great, high-tech, and timely experience. Dr. Itani was really transparent and even showed me (via camera) what everything looked like. I'm new to SF and it's been difficult to find a decent dentist nearby. I'm glad I finally found one I can rely on moving forward.

The staff was INCREDIBLY nice and helpful. I loved how they explained every step of the process and exactly what they were looking at. Additionally, they've added stickers and floor decals for social distancing/covid precautions.

Everyone was extremely friendly, considerate, and professional. They were great at explaining to me what certain xrays meant and how to combat points of inflammation. The office was also taking exceptional cleaning and protective measures given the current pandemic.

I had a great experience at Dr. Itani's office. His staff are all friendly and courteous, and most importantly, the doctor himself has great bedside manner and knows what he's doing.

Felt like I was in really good hands. I appreciated Dr. Itani explaining and showing me my problem areas with a camera and my xrays. My dental hygienist also had tons of great advice to offer, tailored to my teeth and gum health. I can tell everyone enjoys working there too, it was a very positive and friendly office.

AMAZING experience. I was on the hunt for a new dentist after my old one billed me twice for the same procedure....5 months after the fact. Yeah. Anyways, Itani dental was AMAZING! I had an 8AM appointment and came early to fill out my paperwork and they were there! The cleaning was SUPER thorough and done by the dentist. I had a 10AM meeting and was worried b/c their checkups normally take 2 hours (so thorough!!!) They rushed it and took so many types of pictures and did so many tests more than any dentist I've EVER been to. The service was amazing, the atmosphere was spa like and I'm actually looking forward to my appointment in 6 months!
