Dr. Quinn Su

A San Francisco local since her youth, Dr. Su graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Concentration in Physiology from San Francisco State University. She went on to graduate from Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific (UOP), a highly-accredited dental college in the nation, in 1994 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship all three years for her exceptional academic achievements.​​ To the delight of her patients, in 2005, Dr. Su opened her own private practice, Bay Area Smile. Outside of the office, Dr. Su enjoys time with her family, savoring good food and the calm of the beach. Dr. Su also enjoys traveling and is excited about where her next adventure might take her. She is fluent in English, Teochew, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.

Dr. Su evaluates the benefits and implications of all possible treatment plans with her patients. Dr. Su’s recommended treatment plan is focused on the overall, long-term oral health of her patients. Dr. Su is very supportive and strives to be respectful of a patient's choices. You won’t feel pressured into choosing any particular treatment option. Dr. Su believes in preserving as many teeth as possible and strives to avoid extraction and root canal if possible.
