Dr. Nami Cho’s has been practicing dentistry in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 10 years. She is also a clinical professor at the UCSF School of Dentistry. Dr. Cho is committed to continued education and strives to provide quality and compassionate dental care so that all patients have a healthy and beautiful smile. Our team understands how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how we can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience. Dr. Cho focuses on all aspects of dentistry, however she has had advanced training in advanced general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry during her residency at the VA Northern California Health Care System. In addition, as a practice we are true believers that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. That’s why we focus on thorough exams – checking the overall health of your teeth and gums and performing oral cancer exams.

I had a lot of facetime with Dr. Cho and she patiently explained everything that was going to happen during the appointment and why. She also took time to explain in detail her findings during the check-up and my options for treatment. The cleaning was thorough and not rushed. My appointment started on time and they never kept me waiting. Dr Cho was polite, professional, listened to my questions, and more importantly came up with a straightforward, to-the-point game plan to get my teeth back in good health. Also the dental assistant was very funny and friendly. I don't have any fears or issues related to dental work, but they all still made an effort to be gentle, and walk through the dental "mumbo jumbo." I even got an insurance break down on what's covered and what would be out of pocket (for treatments) - which I've never had before (I usually have to figure it out for myself, or take the word of the staff checking me in/out).
