For over 30 years, Dr. Gail Chan Jang has been practicing dentistry in San Francisco and has volunteered her time in the local communities of the Bay Area. Dr. Jang was great. Friendly and helpful, she made awesome suggestions, was transparent in her diagnoses and helped with a cleaning. I wonder if she uses a dental Hygenist, but she herself was in charge of all of the cleaning during my appointment. Receptionist Kim was very friendly and accommodating. X-ray assistant Cindy was very kind and gentle in her placement of X-ray equipment.

Starting from pre-visit communication, I was already told how much the price would be and what to expect for the consultation. With Dr. Jang, everything was clearly explained and all options were given to me for transparency. Post consultation, I was told of the next steps and the receptionist booked the next appointment as well.
