Very friendly, timely, didn't razz me for not going to the dentist for 3 years, and didn't give me any unnecessary treatment! :)

In previous dental visits at other offices, I would always have my teeth cleaned by the hygienist and see the dentist for 5 minutes at the end of the appointment so I was pleasantly surprised to see that Dr. Louie was the one that cleaned my teeth. Dr. Louie is very professional, transparent, efficient and friendly. Instead of having to schedule an additional appointment for a filling, he was able to take care of everything in one visit. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and will be returning again.

Really great dentist, answered questions well, and explained things in ways anyone could understand.

Dr. Louie seems very experienced and knowledgeable. Gave me advice on how to better brush and floss, since it had been about 1.5 years since my last cleaning. Also he seems to have a good sense of humor. The toothbrush he gave to me had printed on it "Stolen from Dr. Baldwin Louie".

Dr. Louie was amazing! Very attentive to my questions and concerns. Highly professional and willing to discuss a future plan for my teeth. A night guard for my grinding at night was recommended, I knew I struggled with grinding but good tips were given. I feel much more confident after the visit and my conversation about my mouth with her. I look forward to my next visit 6months from now. Thanks to open care!

It'd been a while since I'd been to see the dentist (thanks, opencare!), and I was rather apprehensive. The reception office was warm and welcoming. After a few questions and a nice conversation about my dental history, the doctor proceeded to clean and x-ray my mouth. It went all really quickly and efficiently, the technicians and other staff were helpful and really friendly. I've made a follow-up appointment already.

She made some recommendations about what I needed to improve on and was very easy to talk to about this whole thing. I loved everything at this dental practice except the fact that they don't have digital records.
