My experience from the second I walked in the door was excellent! Friendly staff, they walked me through everything (for someone who hasn't done the dentist on her own in a while) and were very informative with all my questions. I was able to schedule all my follow up appointments right after and my teeth were sparkly clean!

I don't know if he could tell, but I was anxious knowing what my teeth needs would probably be. (I was right...:() However he was super nice, the office was very clean and I felt very comfortable being the germaphobe I can be, and I am happy I chose this office! I was comfortable in the chair chatting with him and the hygienist, so I definitely recommend!

It was clear Dr. Tudor goes above and beyond others at this practice! I will be seeing him again on Tuesday and should have more to write in a review after that appointment. His front desk staff gave me incorrect information about what was covered under my insurance. I would not have gone there as quickly as I did and would have done more research had they been more clear. They also had me pay for the work happening on Tuesday before having it done, which I am not entirely comfortable with. The dental assistant who saw me before Dr. Tudor clearly was unhappy to be at work and did sloppy work with a mold that Dr. Tudor had to help him with. I don't blame Dr. Tudor or the practice for that, it's just an observation of bedside manner.

Most time was spent with dental tech. She was very good. Dentist did x-rays. So far, so good.

The staff was very friendly, flexible, and professional. I had a great cleaning and I’m going back soon for additional work the staff found after a thorough cleaning. All things considered, it was a great experience!

I had an all around great experience with this practice. I have extreme anxiety around going to the dentist but everyone was so welcoming that it helped calm me. The front desk was very welcoming and the hygienist worked with me so much. I'm not sure if she could tell how nervous I was but she talked me through everything they were doing. She gave me so many tips and tricks to make and keep healthy habits for flossing but she was never condescending or shaming about it. The dentist was very knowledgeable and listened to any concerns I had. He also was open to working with me to find the best treatment plan and explained everything that was happening. I'm excited that I have found a dentist and practice that I feel I can trust.

Dr. Chertes was patient and informative. He listened to what I had to say and explained all of my questions in terms I could understand.
