Fifth Avenue Dental Arts

I've had to come to Fifth Avenue Dental Arts a few times in the past couple of months because I had a bad cavity. It started by being able to make an appointment online for the next day. I'm glad I was able to do that because they said my tooth was badly decayed and they did all they could to clean it up without me having to get a root canal. I had to get a temporary crown with temporary seal and then a permanent crown with temporary seal. The permanent fell off and I was experiencing sensitivity. It was still a possibility that I needed a root canal, but the staff here thoroughly explained what was going on and gave me options. I truly appreciated them giving me the choice to do a temporary sealing just to see if my tooth could calm down. I tend to want to be a good patient so when they asked me, "what is easier for you?" they replied with, "whatever you want to do." They didn't make me feel bed for taking a couple extra weeks to see if I needed a root canal or not. This is so different than dental experiences I've had in the past. With my last root canal at a different dental office, I felt kind of pressured into a root canal. And then when I was working with the admin people, the guy assured me that my insurance covered a big chunk of a my root canal. A few months later, I got hit with a big bill with no recourse. That's what made me switch over to Fifth Avenue Dental Arts, and I'm so glad I did. I never feel pressured to do anything. I feel like things are thoroughly explained. I feel like I have a lot of say about what types of procedures I do. Everyone at the office has been kind and accommodating. I especially appreciate Tiffany, who temporarily put on my permanent crown the last time and gave me a lot of assurance. Would definitely recommend this place for anybody considering the switch!

Aubriana was really professional and pleasant to be around even under the circumstances. She was clear about what the procedure was, what the steps were and about how long the time would take. She checked to make sure I was doing alright as we worked through each step and kept a positive attitude. The doctor was very positive and reassuring about what was to come and very helpful on making sure is understood the reasons behind the recommended treatment. I enjoyed what I could of the experience while I was under their care. I look forward to returning to finish my treatments. I wish I caught the doctors name but she was amazing.

I had a great experience during my visit—everyone was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The only downside was the x-ray technician. Though she was empathetic and agreeable, she lacked meticulousness and care. She actually tripped on the cable attached to the x-ray thing that was put into my mouth while it was in my mouth and my head was yanked to the side as the x-ray thing became stuck in my mouth as it was dragged downward. It hurt! HOWEVER, the actual dentist and hygienist were top of the line and exemplary.

I was unsure that my SCAN insurance was covered here, but the receptionist took the time to check, and assured me I was covered. At every step the staff was concerned about my comfort, from Christian who did xrays, to Dr Noonan who did the examination, to Audriana who did the cleaning. Great experience.

I did have a bit of a long wait before my appointment but I love the free parking. The office is nice and clean and friendly.

I was in an accident about a week ago and needed to repair my tooth as soon as possible. Thank goodness Fifth Avenue Dental Arts offers same-day dental treatment, so it was easy to book with them. The whole staff is very welcoming and very helpful with finding the best payment plan for my visit. If you’re lucky enough to have Dr. Ghassemi, he is an excellent and highly skilled dentist who is very thorough with his work. He and his dental assistant Kris really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Thank you guys for this experience.

My experience at the office was great! The entire staff was extremely friendly, and Dr. Nina Mojaver was very nice, helpful, and detailed about what my dental work plans should be and why they are recommended. The office also has really nice and updated technology for better diagnoses.

I had a good experience with the dentist however the entire initial consultation and evaluation took almost 2 hours. I think this process should only take an hour. I scheduled another follow up for a cleaning and had a good experience.

All of the dental assistants were friendly and efficient with their time. Lots of x-ray scans and 3D imaging!

I had a great experience with Dr. Mojave and her staff. They were able to find the root cause of my tooth pain and resolve the issue that same day. Highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Fifth Avenue Dental...after years of not being to the dentist (admittedly) I was nervous to make an appointment and commit to going. In the past, I've had less-than-great experiences with dental practices that felt more shameful than they did helpful, but Fifth Avenue was the exact opposite. From the moment I walked through the elevator door, there was a pleasant and welcoming vibe. I felt well taken care of and was checked-in on comfort wise by each staff member. I am shocked to say that I'm actually excited to have joined the Smile Membership & will be looking forward to my next visit. This is a no pressure, ethical, and caring practice. Highly recommend!
