I was a bit surprised by how many xray images they wanted to take for a normal check-up, but they caught slight indicators of some potentially concerning long-term changes that my previous dentist never caught once. However the front desk attendant was really friendly, and the technician who did my cleaning was knowledgable, communicative, and kind. When I met Dr. Nosrati I had already had a good experience so far, and she continued to add to that. She was able to explain what was going on with my teeth, but also truly listened to me and asked my opinions too.
