The office is very clean and the staff are very friendly and well organized. Dr. Lo was also extremely professional and detailed in her assessment and explanations. I was able to enter at my scheduled appointment time with no delays.

The dental hygienist who did the cleaning did a great job, she was gentle with my teeth and gums, and spent a good amount of time to ensure that each tooth was thoroughly attended to. In general, everyone in the office who tended to me was cordial and professional.

Dr Lily Lo wasn’t available on the day I went so I got Dr Ben Huang and he was ok, nothing great but not a bad experience, just a normal visit.

The dental hygienist and Dr. Huang were great! Very thorough and explained every step of the process to me.
