Great experience

Dr. Flor Malave was very thorough in checking and discussing the condition of my mouth and teeth. Hygienist Sam was likewise very pleasant and was gentle in doing my xray exam and cleaning. The front desk ladies were nice too! Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff, beautiful and super clean office. I went in because I was having some pain from one of my teeth, I haven't been to the dentist in 2 years, and they explained everything they were doing. I'm normally pretty comfortable at the dentist, but they were beyond accomodating.

I had the pleasure of becoming a new patient at Bamboo Dental. After working as a dental assistant for over 30 years, my expectations were high. I’m pleased to share that they exceeded above and beyond! From the super friendly receptionist, Madison, I felt welcomed as if I had been going there for years. The rest of the staff was attentive and friendly. My hygienist did the most thorough cleaning I’d ever had. Dr. Malave gave me a thorough exam and then discussed her findings with me in a cozy consultation room complete with visuals. There are other special touches that set this dental office apart but I will not reveal these as I liked the surprise element in my experience! I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. All in all, I think they are doing so many things right and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr. Malave and her great team to my friends and family.

wow... the attention to detail is crazy at this place. I was truly treated like luxury- the most amazing touch with a small bamboo plant that was given to me because "my relationship with my dentist should be as strong as a bamboo" I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone. New generation of dentistry! They really know their stuff, including a super patient and knowledgeable staff base. Know how to handle patients with every need. They're honest with their practice, which is often rare.

My son (6yrs) and I went to Bamboo Dental for the first time this weekend. I cannot say enough amazing things about this office. I have been to a few dental offices trying to find one that was thorough, clean and friendly, to be our family dental practice. Bamboo Dental checked all these boxes and more. The office is very clean, the equipments are very modern and most importantly the service and professionalism was amazing and beyond my expectations. Dr. Flore Malave and her associates were absolutely amazing! They were comforting, welcoming and non judgemental, also informative about every procedure they were doing before the fact. The tour of the office and open and honest communication most definitely eased my nerves. Bamboo Dental's customer service/experience is the finest I have ever had froma dental office. From Dr. Malave (who is very caring and kind and this feeds on to all her staff), to the hygienists, to reception and assistants has been nothing but incredible (and I don't write reviews often, i.e., I'm not easily impressed). But Bamboo has impressed! My first experience with Bamboo Dental was after I had had a problem with a filling that another dentist removed and replaced with a new one - it was causing me some major pain. The other dentist tried to fix that but to no avail. I came to Dr. Malave in some serious pain and she cured it almost immediately. I thought that my next step was going to be a root canal, but she was able to avoid that trauma! On top of that, when leaving, I got my "first patient" gift of a little bamboo plant, which as Dr. Malave said, was to symbolize the growth of a solid relationship between Dr/office & patient. I cannot say enough about this dental office - give it a try, you will be happy.
